4. Shipping and Delivery

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped on Monday – Friday (except for holidays). Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
- Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2-5 business days.

We re-use packaging as much as we can for sustainability reasons. However, we are aware of the value of the unboxing experience, therefor we try to wrap your order as lovely as possible.
5. Returns and Cancellations
If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us. As a small business with handmade goods, we are unable to accept returns. Since all of our items are made to order, we consider all sales final. To ensure you’re happy with your purchase, we recommend double-checking the sizing for rings or any custom-made pieces before placing your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. We will repair the item and send it back to you. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs, and we recommend insuring the package for the value of the item being returned.
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
5.2 Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Custom or personalized jewelry is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
